Twins Turn 14!

Another year has passed - the twins have turned 14! 

We have always told the kids that they couldn't have a smartphone until they reached high school age. Unfortunately, Maddie was missing out on a lot of communication between her volleyball teams and friends at school due to "chat groups" being made and she couldn't be a part of them with her simple phone. Matt & I discussed our options and decided to give her a smartphone a little early - with a lot of restrictions. Watch the video for her reaction. I also love to see Will watching her while she's opening the gift. He knows what she is getting and is waiting to see her reaction as well. 

Will has taken an interest in fishing and asked for a fishing kit. He's researched licenses and such and is very anxious for nice weather so he can get out and try out his new pole!
