Life continues to fly by around us - luckily we have cell phones to snap pictures as we go!
In July, we celebrated my Dad's 77th birthday. He loved his glittery birthday hat! haha!

It's always nice to enjoy an evening out on the deck with the firepit going and smore's on the menu!
One afternoon before school started, Matt took the girls put-put golfing.
Randomness around the house and around town...
Trail Life
Culver's is always a good choice for dinner. One night Matt & Will stopped to eat before Trail Life and Will bought dinner for the two of them. I like having working kids who have money!
We walked up to the Milan levee one evening after eating at Spinners to enjoy the sunset.
A family favorite is 4-squares in the city lot next to our house. While playing this evening, we snagged Matt's phone and took some fun pictures.
One Sunday we headed to Peoria for dinner and a play day. We ate at our usual Tyroni's for pizza and breadsticks then headed to Fon Du Lac Farm Park.
Kaitee was THRILLED to visit some theaters this Fall! She saw Rent on her own and Little Shop of Horrors with some friends.
Lunch with my parents and sister before she headed back to Indiana.
Will surprised the family with Whitey's one night after work!
Maddie and I hit a few Goodwill stores one Saturday - we started local and then ended up driving to Peoria to hit some of their stores, eat dinner and enjoy the scenery along the way.
Unfortunately, not all gatherings are fun. Mom, Dad, Debbie & I attended the funeral of our dear "Aunt" Barb. After battling cancer for a year, her body was done and she was ready to be with Jesus. We've known Barb & Willy since we moved next door to them in 1979. Such a wonderful, sweet woman. As I had my own kids, she and Willy were invited to every birthday party, every Easter, Thanksgiving & Christmas get togethers. My kids call them Aunt Barb & Uncle Willy. Our hearts are still broken over this loss. Until we meet again, Aunt Barb.
