Happy Halloween!

Where did the time go? It seems we just turned the calendar into October...and now it is November! We spent many weekends away during October, so it is no surprise that Halloween crept up on us! We ended up running out of time to carve our pumpkins...so Becki's mom gave the kids some mix & match face pieces for their pumpkins. It worked out well and very funny! The kids loved them!!Becki took the kids to trick or treat at "Grandma" Karen's house. It was wonderful to see her again!
Becki did some Goodwill shopping early and found these costumes for the kids. She was thrilled with dressing the kids for under $20!! She made Katie & Alex's hats to match their dresses - all for a mid-evil princess look. It's time to go!!
This was the first year that Becki & her two sisters were able to take their kids trick or treating together. 4 adults and 8 kids (all 9 and under!) - it was a long trek, but the kids had a great time - with lots of loot to boot!!
One last trick or treat - Grammy & Grandad's house...
