No more thumb

Alex & I set up a chart a few weeks ago to encourage her to stop sucking her thumb. I told her that once we got 4 weeks worth of stickers that we would go shopping together.

We agreed that she was allowed to suck her thumb while in bed for the night (which she has since cut back on considerably). We also agreed that if we caught her sucking her thumb during the day, we would remind her to stop...if she stopped, she could still earn her sticker that day. Needless to say, she earned that shopping trip in 4 weeks! We had a fun date to Target where she picked up some Princess items from the $1 section and she enjoyed a cherry icee also!
